We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days from our facility in Texas. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and service selected:
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2–3 business days across the U.S.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, or carrier delays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your package's journey through the carrier's website.
To track your order:
- Check your email: Look for the shipping confirmation email we sent.
- Find your tracking number: The email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Click the tracking link: This will take you directly to the carrier's website, where you can see the latest updates on your shipment.

Returns
How do I return an item?
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed clothing. To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@3rdcoastltd.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Some items may be classified as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, we are happy to offer exchanges for a different item as long as it is in stock. All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. To start an exchange, please email support@3rdcoastltd.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Yes! We offer digital gift cards that make the perfect gift when you're not sure which size or design to pick. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be used toward any purchase on our website. Please note that all gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
